Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our mobile application (the “App”), website, or any associated services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy for Global Investments.

1. About ViewTrade International Private Limited:
   ViewTrade International Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, provides a technology platform for retail investors to access and invest in international securities. All brokerage and clearing services are provided by licensed and regulated partners in their respective jurisdictions.
2. Eligibility for Global Investments:
   • Be at least 18 years old.
   • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
   • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where international investing through this App is restricted or prohibited.
3. Account Creation and Verification:
   You must register for an account and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, which may include submission of personal documents and information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
   Note: Approval of your investment account is at the sole discretion of our regulated brokerage partner.

   Your brokerage account is managed by ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, a broker-dealer registered with IFSCA (Registration No. IFSC/BD/2024-25/0003) and based in GIFT City, Gujarat. ViewTrade IFSC executes, clears, and custodies trades through ViewTrade Securities Inc, a U.S. broker-dealer registered with the SEC (SEC# 8-51605), and a member of FINRA (CRD# 46987) and SIPC.

5. Risks Disclosure:
   Investing in securities involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. International investments may involve additional risks such as currency fluctuations and geopolitical events. You acknowledge and accept these risks before making any investment decisions. 6. Referral Disclosures:
   The clients are being referred on the platform mobile application by Bonanza Portfolio Limited and its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza (IFSC) Private Limited. The role of Bonanza Portfolio Limited and its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza (IFSC) Private Limited is limited to that of a referral entity. All funds pay-in, payouts, trades, and investments, and other relationships are in preview with a contract between ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited and the client. Bonanza Portfolio Limited and its subsidiary shall not be held responsible for any material or other losses and liabilities arising from trades and securities traded on the ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited platform.
7. Fees and Charges:

8. Use of the App:
   • Violate any laws or regulations
   • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
   • Interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the App
   • Share or misuse your login credentials
9. Data Privacy:
   Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your data.
10. Third-Party Services:
    The App may integrate with third-party services, including brokerage platforms, bank payment gateways, and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
11. Intellectual Property:
    All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the App are owned by or licensed to ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Termination:
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability:
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any services.
14. Governing Law:
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of IFSCA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration or courts in Ahmedabad, India.

    We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary BONANZA PORTFOLIO (IFSC) PRIVATE LIMITED, obtains express/explicit consent from clients for sharing their information (except trade, fund balance, or settlement obligation data unless permitted under SEBI regulations) with Third-Party Product Providers. Clients may opt in/out anytime. By accepting the Terms & Conditions, clients provide Bonanza Portfolio Ltd. and its subsidiary the right to share information as described.
