Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited has undergone an agreement with ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited to facilitate its clients to invest into global equities and ETFs. Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited, is a distribution/lead generating partner of ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited and declares hereby that all investments/trading, including funds and stocks including invested through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, is the responsibility of the client and ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited. Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited, shall not be held responsible for any deed, trade investment done by the client on the platform of/through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited.

The client is requested to note that third-party products are not Exchange-traded products in India, and Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited, is just acting as a distributor and all disputes with respect to the distribution activity would not have access to SCORES/ODR, Exchange investor redressal forum, or Arbitration mechanism.

Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited shall not be responsible for compliance with client KYC for the ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited. ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited shall be responsible to ensure compliance with its own KYC requirements applicable to its products.

The agreement for availing Global Investments through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited is between the client and ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited. The Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited has not entered into any tripartite agreement whereby Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited will not become a party to the agreement for availing Global Investments through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited products, including for performance guarantee, profit and loss etc.

Payments for Global Investments through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited should be made directly between the client and the ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, without any routing of such payments/funds through the books of the Bonanza Portfolio Ltd., through its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited.

All the funds pay in – payouts, trades and investments, and other relationships are in preview with the contract between View Trade and the client. Bonanza Portfolio Limited and its 100% owned subsidiary Bonanza (IFSC) Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any material or other losses and liabilities arising from trades and stocks or securities traded on the ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited platform- Bigul Global Investment/Bonanza Global Investment Powered by ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited.
